I’m so tired of hearing narcissistic celebrities endorse candidates. Like yeah, you’re attractive, overpaid, and really good at pretending to be something you’re not. You’ve also been married 20 times and you wear $500 socks, so please stop pretending to be a thought leader.

Hot take: it’s okay and even good for politicians to be boring, uncharismatic, even bureaucratic legislators, who simply move the country along with better laws and are able to step up in a crisis. We don’t need saviours and messiahs. We need temporary stewards.

The point of being a Christian is to sound like Jesus; not like his adversaries. 4. You’ve invented your own religion that has *nothing* to do with the historical, global, ancient Christian faith.

We raised a generation to believe men only need respect, and women only need love, and now we are stuck with a generation of men starved of love, and of women starved of respect.
