@Briefslayer I guess I get that. but I feel like the case I’m using supports what I’m saying or I wouldn’t be using it! Is it different based on where in the paradigm I’m using it? Like rules, pretty clearly drawn from it. E/A stuff less so, I’m analogizing to it.

@MeredithBartley compares to all these other authorities! At first when you’re learning the language it feels interesting. Like why are we doing this. But every signal is a tool at your disposal to refine your arguments and ultimately show the court why your client’s position is right.

@MeredithBartley no signal, the idea would be the case clearly supports that. If you’re using see, you’re telling the court, this case doesn’t directly say that but if you would still agree it supports my proposition. Or you might want to tell the court look how what the dummy on the other side
