It would be phenomenal if candidate interviews could be transcribed by AI, even w/ 80% accuracy, for subsequent interviewers to read ahead of meeting the candidate. Some cos do video recordings but too much time needed to watch. Depth + breadth would ⬆️ with every interviewer.

Recorded conversations remain wildly underrated The information content in a good 1hr convo is ~ = a good book But, vs a book, it takes <1% of the time to produce, and a <10% of the time to consume There are applications for this well beyond “podcasting”
