It’s so hard to appreciate the people who push you the hardest. Later, you realize the huge impact they made in your life. When coaches/teachers/parents hold you to high standards, it’s because they love you & know your capabilities. Let that translate into reaching your dreams!

Coaches should never have to question your work ethic, commitment, desire, attitude & preparation. It should be 100% obvious. You have total control of these things. There’s no special gene, talent or skill required. Prepare to be your absolute best. Control your control-ables!

It takes a big effort to live an undistracted life. Do the work. Darkness doesn’t want to destroy you; it wants to distract you. Don't give in. Faith, kindness, purpose and people. Dwell on these.

You can’t control the actions of others but you can control your own. Every day you can decide to love deeper, serve greater and care more.

Let your kids be coached. Let them get used to coaches holding them accountable. If you save your children from discomfort & hardship, you often keep them from realizing their own strength, abilities. Let them grow their character so they can become confident, independent adults!

No one ever regretted striving to be their best! We regret what we didn’t do knowing we could have done more and become more. No regrets! Commit now. Do the work. You’ll always feel good knowing you gave your all.

What you focus on in life determines whether or not you will experience peace in your heart. Today, focus on what you have.... not what you don’t.

Whether you’re a coach on the field, a parent, teacher, or friend... we all have the opportunity to make a difference. It’s about time, commitment and choosing to love, serve and care. Invest in others. Help them become their best and you’ll also bring out the best in you!

Remember, it's Bigger Than You. Most of the time whatever you're called to do isn't really about you. It's about those who you will serve. A message can't get shared unless there is a messenger willing to share it. They need you.
