This situation only further highlights the need for UCL to #BringThemIn and end outsourcing so that ALL workers receive these protections AUTOMATICALLY in the future

Covid-19 will continue to present significant challenges to all workers, and we are committed to continuing to support and protect outsourced workers at UCL.

All UCL outsourced staff should receive the same sickness benefits as directly employed UCL staff from today. This was brought forward from 1 July and is good news for all outsourced staff at UCL.
