Solidarity to the strikers on the FPF1 & Alba FSU. Ithaca Energy excluded Bilfinger employees from the bonus scheme, but Ithaca can easily afford it. How easily? Ithaca paid out £378m to shareholders in 2025. Workers deserve 0.0038% of what shareholders got.

As the political conversations in #Birmingham continue, there's still one big elephant in the room. The bin strike deal is within touching distance. On the doorstep we're told it was THE single biggest issue. Whoever the party and whatever the coalition that is agreed to run the council over the next three years, the deal agreed needs to be the deal that we can put to the members. And if the commissioners try get in the way, then the @UKLabour government need to be strong enough to move them to one side.
