@RishiSunak @michaelgove Yes it is. What isn't justifiable is driving 260 miles away to do it, defying regulations that YOUR government put in place for the safety of all families. How many others in a similar situation didn't travel? I know of at least one - me.

@madebygoogle Phillips Hue bulbs have stopped working via voice command. Able to control via hue app, but not Google Home. Cannot link accounts at all now, says 'check connection'. Definitely not isolated incident as per tinyurl.com/yygwzys9 Worked fine as of 0500 BST

@BTCare so, booked an engineer, and my problem is mysteriously resolved before he arrives and connection is perfect. He never turns up but now, out of the blue, my connection starts playing UP AGAIN! What exactly is your company playing at? No answer to phone calls!

@BTCare Hahahahaha, I wish. No, there was no information that engineer would not call. Waste of my time. Have since raised a complaint, engineer supposed (key word) to be calling tomorrow, broadband remains spotty at best, unusable at worst.

@BTCare Service continues to report as 'no issues' on phone or broadband. Nearest hot-spot is not conducive to easy working, mainly covers an outside area

@BTCare at my wits end. Infinity broadband is completely broken - barely goes blue before going back to orange. Have reset many times, plugged into the test socket through filter - nothing works! Need to work from home but engineers can't be here before next Tuesday!
