Aaron Ramsdale has been incredibly let down by the defensive back line today. He has been incredible in goal today. So many last second saves but the follow ups from Sunderland have been better overall. Ramsdale man of the match for Newcastle for me but he needed more support

I personally don’t think Raphinha would have got to the ball there even if there was no contact with Trippier. I think it looks like he would because he falls forward. I don’t think he reaches it and if he does it would be minimal contact and probably wide

He showed a lot of improvement last year and is building on it. I honestly think this consistency is here now because of his win last year honestly
