Congratulations to Britany Kogbara who was named ACCAC DII Defensive Player of the Year! Kogbara was the defensive anchor for Mesa this season as she had 45 blocks, 40 steals, and 172 defensive rebounds this season!

🔥🎥Mesa Thunderbirds🎥🔥 The Thunderbirds move on to the big stage at The 2024 NCJAA DII Women’s Basketball Championship in Joplin MO. Mesa secured the gold last night in a edge of seat nail biter, outscoring Scottsdale 52-49 and snatching the Region I DII Title.

No. 6 MCC takes this one over CAC, 64-53. The Lady T-Birds have now won 9 straight!
