@JarrodPike @BigOrangePod I agree OSU woke up and dominated the playoffs. But any other team in any other situation that lost to a 5-5 arch rival on their home field the last game of the season would have fallen significantly in the polls and never hosted round 1. That’s all.

@BigOrangePod This is utter nonsense. 'Won all their home games' is a completely irrelevant metric rooted in nothing but mental gymnastics. UT beat 0 cfp teams & lost to 2 lesser opponents by a combined 15 more points. OSU lost to #1 by 1. UT lost to #2 by 14.

Preparing for the Vols Adidas announcement in a few weeks, I designed what I would do if the new Football uniform designs were up to me! I created a custom block number font that is the 90’s era block BUT with TN shaped notches in the corners to give it a modernized look. Volstar logo on the back collar. Dark Mode gets the full Adidas treatment with metallic finish on numbers, stripes and logos. And retro 80’s inspired stripes on the sleeves. And a mesh pattern design on the numbers and stripes similar to what adidas did for teams last season. We’re so close to adidas launch day! #GBO

So what did they do? ✔️ Hired one of the top defensive coordinators in the country ✔️ Brought in an elite defensive staff ✔️ Added a championship-winning Strength & Conditioning staff Doesn’t sound like “the wrong direction” to me🤷‍♂️
