Glad we are finally making some progress w the excessive & unreasonable major works costs. @lb_southwark has even admitted that we as leaseholders have been doing their job for them. This shows a much wider problem with the council's approach to housing.

Thanks to @ProvizSports for helping prevent more damage to my Dad who ended up in A&E due to a rain-filled pothole. A few holes that means he needs to buy a new rainproof coat, but unscathed arms and body, he (and we) are very grateful. His face needs a little more attention.
