My office and a group of AGs are supporting a lawsuit against @Kalshi for illegally offering sports betting that violates states' gambling laws. Kalshi’s sports event contracts are gambling by another name, and they should play by the same rules as every other gambling platform.

Not wrong - also - that’s the flipping NFL! Thinking like this ensures team failure. So his feelings don’t get hurt, Giants shouldn’t ever grab a WR with a 1 while he’s on a rookie deal. This dude’s great, and is also a cancer. Contract negotiations should be a treat.

So the NFL basically knows everything at all times. They knew about Vrabel / Russini, as did Titans, Pats and a ton of people. Jen Vrabel knew. Mr. Russini probably not. They keep it quiet for half a decade … and then got sloppy? No fucking way. The leak is the story.
