You know it's crazy when even judge Isenhower has no idea why the person is in jail. Judge Daryl Isenhower expresses confusion as to why Mr. Butler is even in his courtroom. The judge states there are only two ways to end up in jail and in court like this and it's either due to a signed warrant or if the person commited a crime. This guy has neither. @HistorianUSA1 I would even say we can do my own payment plan $20 a month and if you stop paying then I’m pressing charges because if you don’t agree to that, it will be unbinding. You might as well take it to court and they’ll do that.
