Today, I’ve reviewed 1,163 pages of job applications. One thing stood out - so many applicants noting their #LivedExperience of #MentalIllness or #suicide as a key asset they’d bring to the work. These applications weren’t even for a #LivedExperience role. So great! So valuable!
