LOS PENSAMIENTOS FORJAN LA REALIDAD Anoche en una charla en el Discord de la comunidad surgió un tema bastante interesante sobre los pensamientos. No son pocos los chicos y chicas que están buscando su primera oportunidad laboral IT. Es un proceso lento, lleno de momentos altos y bajos. A veces desespera y desalienta ver que los meses pasan, te la pasas estudiando y las oportunidades no surgen. O cuando parece que algo va a pasar, de repente te descartan, te ghostean, etc. Todo eso puede dinamitar tu resolución, tus ganas. Más de un día vas a plantearte si tiene sentido seguir. Si de verdad el mercado IT tiene un lugar para vos, para que puedas crecer y vivir de esto que te gusta tanto. No tengo las respuestas, pero sí puedo decirte algo al respecto: los pensamientos forjan la realidad. No se trata de romantizar el pasarla mal, o vivir momentos de ansiedad. Buscar trabajo no es un chiste, sobre todo cuando el bolsillo aprieta y más aún si tenes familia a cargo. Pero la forma en que te tomes estos momentos, lo que te cuentes a vos mismo/a sobre lo que sucede, juega un papel CRUCIAL en cómo transitas el camino. Pensalo de la siguiente manera: un día lo vas a lograr. Un día vas a entrar al mercado y vas a tener tu primer día laboral. Un día vas a cobrar tu primer sueldo como profesional IT. Ese día en un momento será un mes, y luego un año, y luego una década. Pero nunca más vas a poder vivir lo que estás viviendo ahora: - Nunca más vas a ser un/a novato/a - Nunca más vas a escribir tu primera línea de código - Nunca más vas a hacer tu primer curso de programación No se puede volver para atrás. Y cuando te quieras dar cuenta vas a ser un/a profesional capacitado/a y con experiencia. Vas a mirar estos momentos y el bichito de la nostalgia te va a picar, recordando tus luchas actuales, recordando esos momentos donde pensaste rendirte y dejar todo. Y te vas a agradecer. Vas a sonreir y no vas a poder creer todo lo que creciste en todos estos años. Te va a pasar. Entonces, si va a pasar...¿porqué no mirar con más cariño la situación en la que estás ahora? No se trata de romantizar el mal trago, como dije antes. Pero ¿tiene sentido agregarle más peso a la situación manchándola con pensamientos negativos, de esos que no resuelven nada? - Sé más amable con vos mismo/a - Sé más amable con la situación, está sucediendo por una razón - Sé paciente con el proceso, porque las cosas se dan cuando tienen que darse, no cuando queremos (aunque veces puede que ambos momentos coincidan) Si leíste hasta acá, gracias.
