A few thoughts on the #QRH handbook & checklists. 3 yrs ago I gave a Gen Anaesthetic for an emergency C-section. I was alone, it was 3am, and it was mid-Covid. The young woman ventilated well at first, then didn’t. Tiny volumes, quiet chest. I took as read the normal ET CO2 🫁1/

@MartinSLewis Sky TV. Got the tips from the MSE website. Got them down to £12 a month rolling contract for TV Cinema and Netflix. That was from a staggering £35.
