I've tried the phone, (57 minutes on hold before I gave up), sent an email, (website says set up support is not supported via email), so will try the chat support (available from 9am-9pm) this afternoon. Thanks for the twitter reply, so far this has been the only valid support.

@Brother_Intl Absolute worst support in the history of technology. 1 month old printer spits out phantom pages with no way to stop it other than by unplugging it. Plug it back in, continues to spit out. Customer support only tells you to go to links that aren't relevant!

It says there is no paper in tray 1 despite there being paper in there. I figured it went bad, but couldn't find a replacement tray anywhere on the web. Could you help?

@Brother_Intl bought an embroidery machine for my wife’s birthday. Broke less than 4 months in. Told to take for warranty work 10/6/25. Shop says you won’t ship the part. They have now had the machine longer than my wife did. Feeling a little ripped off.

DO NOT buy @Brother_Intl scanners! They create horrible results and when you try to calibrate it, it will refuse to connect to the scanner. And THEN Brother will refuse to replace it under warranty because "it appears to be a software issue". BUYER BEWARE. (Brother/Epson)

@Brother_Intl Dear Brother USA New monochrome printer is nice. The software for set up was a major headache. I lost an hour of my life trying to use the app for automation. Do your customers a favor, give direction for LAN/Manual set up first. It only took 5 minutes🙄
