The most profound betrayal of the entire democratic process ever was January 6. Nothing from either party in our lifetime has even come close. People saying stuff like this typically voted for Trump, know they screwed up, and are now trying to somehow exculpate themselves instead of manning up and accepting that they got conned.

I agree. The only possible way Trump could’ve been elected was if there was a profound betrayal of the entire Democratic process by the opponent - which there was — it was so deeply offensive to the core principals of our country that many people felt they had no choice, but to choose for this….

Last time I checked, April Fool's jokes are not codified in law, but posts from official government accounts can be considered official policy decisions regardless of what day it is. Would be a shame if American citizens took their freedoms back while government officials are mocking them by pretending to give them rights.
