@LukaszukAB The federal government gives away billions to foreign countries and BS projects and you’re worried about a measly 91 million?
English

Alberta, what do you get out of the $91,000,000, yes, $91 million referendum?
Nothing.
This $91 million could have been spent on building 3 schools, or 4 senior homes, or emergency rooms, hiring doctors or nurses.
Instead, you get nothing.

@RedMapleRebel @MarcNixon24 If you are spending $45 a day on groceries that’s your own fault
English

According to Canada’s Food Price Report 2026, a family of four is projected to spend over $17,500 this year; for your information that’s $1,464 a month….
StatCan’s household data is lower because it includes singles, but real families are feeling far more pain than his $800 a month figure suggests.
@MarkJCarney has no idea how Canadians live. Or struggle.

English

@NerdCraveYT @MarcNixon24 I’m with you. Family of 4 and we spend between $450-600 a month. People need to shop smarter
English

$800 is quite high, we spend about $150 2 to 3 times a month. nobody eats beef 20 times a month get real. I might eat beef once a month, not including the odd spaghetti or premade hamburger. I haven’t had a steak at home or at a restaurant in probably almost 10 years that’s for rich people. $2000 for groceries? come on man that’s almost my entire income for the month. Food is like 1/6 of that at maximum.
English

@TsarinaAJ @NerdCraveYT @MarcNixon24 So you can eat beef 20 times a month and it should only cost you around $170
English

@NerdCraveYT @MarcNixon24 Many people eat beef 20 times a month. I’m one of them. I’m prone to iron deficiency anemia so I’ve been eating a diet full of iron rich foods like beef, lamb, liver, seafood and green vegetables since I was a teenager.
English

@MarcNixon24 Lean ground beef family pack you can get for around $23 which is 3 meals. That’s $7.66/meal. Times that by your 20 days equals $153.33 per month. You are ridiculous!!! I like to bash the liberals as much as the next person but this is just a stupid post
English

@BlondeBigot11 Get a new insurance company. I pay $350 for 3 vehicles. Two which are almost brand new
English

Alberta car insurance is a fucking joke.
I have zero at fault accidents in 37 years of driving and my insurance went from $128 a month to $227 a month due to “increased number and cost of claims, and inflation” when we really know it’s due to increased number of foreigners who can’t fucking drive for shit.
English

@Skint_Eastwood1 People need to start linching the police who do this bullshit. Stop standing by and watching. They work for you not the other way around.

🚨 UK Police Arrest Christian for Wearing a Sign Because It’s ‘Likely to Cause Harassment, Alarm or Distress’
Man: “Currently I’m being arrested for expressing freedom of speech.”
Officer: “This gentleman has committed an offence by displaying a sign or writing that is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.”
Man: “Cuffing me for what? Freedom of expression, freedom of speech, inciting nothing. I have calm, rational debates with people. I was not disrespectful. I love people. I am a Christian.”
The man is then loaded into the back of a police van and taken away, all for wearing a sign that someone might find offensive.

@JasonOnTheDrums $90 million will barely get you the doctors not anywhere close to the rest of that. Stop exaggerating

Alberta’s referendum will cost $90,000,000 of YOUR money!
🦴 7,500 hip surgeries
👨⚕️ 321 family doctors
🏥 15 rural medical centres
♿ $200/mo top-up for 37,500 AISH recipients
Instead…The UCP Alberta clawed back $200/mo from 77,000 disabled citizens
Thanks Danielle!

Hon. Thomas A. Lukaszuk@LukaszukAB
How much will the referendum on having a referendum, and on 9 questions that can’t be provincially implemented cost? $90 million tax dollars. 60,000 workers to be hired by Elections Alberta. You could build 3 schools for that. That’s your money #ableg elections.ab.ca/resources/medi…
English

@VotetoStayAB Even it is 3 to 1. It shouldn’t be that high in the first place.
English

Albertans are rejecting separation by nearly a 3-to-1 margin. When voters look at the massive start-up costs, billions in ongoing expenses, and unanswered questions about jobs, pensions, trade, and investment, the case for separation falls apart.👇

@CbIin81483 @PlumberAlberta Oh no not 2% of the population. Whatever will we do
English

@PlumberAlberta Don't know the Anishinaabe so much but if the Kanesatake Mohawk get involved you'll have a fun time dealing with them. You morons are already dividing your own communities, now you're messing with First Nations.
English

@PeterCStewart @globalnews You sound like a Brit when Canada wanted to separate

@Eichler1Michael @queru_lant No blood on the ground?? Check your eyes It’s literally stained with it every where.
English

@Critter_Paths @ryangerritsen If that were the case, the government would have to consult First Nations for any change in law. Which we know doesn’t happen with any government. They are cherry picking the law because they are worried about their slush fund being cut off.
English

Isn't what he said true?
Didn't Smith's government fail to consult First Nations as per some rule?
Whether or not the rule is stupid doesn't matter. If you're going to play the system's games, you need to play by the system's rules.
First Nations and Separatists need to consult one another without the government being present.
English

This guy needs to stay in his lane.
It’s so tiring how the media present these individuals like they are heroes. If Pierre spoke the way Wab did to Danielle they would be calling him a misogynist.
Wab’s opinion doesn’t matter in any single way. Would he ignore half a million indigenous voices? And tell them to wait to be heard? I don’t think so.
English

@realfbllliason Keep your head up!!!!
The first thing my first coach told me the first time I stepped on the ice.
I never, ever took a head shot or been hit in the numbers.
English

Here is the Ryan Lindgren hit on Evan Bouchard in real time! Ryan Leonard with a great back check forcing Bouchard wide and Lindgren has him lined up! This play is happening so fast, Bouchard has his head down and tries to cut back inside! The concussion happens from Evan Bouchard’s head hitting the ice, not from the hit! If anything this is a 2 minute interference penalty but don’t think it’s a dirty hit! I think this is on Evan Bouchard having his head down and not protecting himself!
The cfb lliason@realfbllliason
This hit by Ryan Lindgren on Evan Bouchard was a 100 percent clean hit, shoulder to shoulder! Maybe Evan Bouchard should keep his head up
English

@thescottbarber No it’s not, any idiot can walk into this country no background check or anything.
