Grateful for everyone who has reserved ❤️

@JoshPateCFB Does Army/Navy get some sort of prime time slot here? How do you work around that. Those athletes deserve the National attention they get during that game with no other game played that Saturday.

Have you heard of Kiryas Joel, New York?
A village of 44,000 predominantly Hasidic Jews in up-state New York living off the teat of welfare programs and according to Jewish Talmudic law.
-99% of this village’s residents are Hasidic Jews
-they speak primarily Yiddish
-40% live below the federal poverty line
-40-60% receiving SNAP assistance
-reports estimate an average of 7 children per woman, some of the highest fertility rates in the developed world.
-median age is 15 years old
-almost all children attend private religious schools (yeshivas)
-per capita income is $13,000 per year, which is extremely low compared to NY averages
-they vote as a bloc
-one of the fastest growing cities in New York
-practically impossible to move into as a non-Jew
If Americans are upset about Somalis in Minneapolis NOT assimilating, and living according to “Sharia Law” while sucking the teat of welfare programs, then what’s the excuse for this religious ethno-state feeding their massive families with your secular tax-dollars?
If these Hasidic Jews can live exclusively together in their own Jewish ethno-state, then why can’t white people do it in Arkansas?

@lance_corporate Bc you no longer clean your sheets yourself? Orrrr
English

Getting married changed my life
boto@TsarinaBomba
Washed my sheets today. God it’s so nice having clean sheets. It’s a shame you only get to do this once a year

@lance_corporate My favorite celebrations are the ones where they glorify guns and throw gang signs!

I enjoy college football because, while not perfect, it still feels relatively local and promotes pride in one's home state, even if the players change schools like Colorado weather.
The NFL is basically unwatchable. A guy who makes $14 million a year to catch a ball and whose team is currently down by 411 points catches a 3-yard pass and spends the next 45 seconds doing the gayest, most effeminate celebration dance that he obviously choreographed and rehearsed for weeks.
Repeat, repeat, repeat for 4+ hours.

@murphy_thom @AlbertBreer Fair, but he was the head coach and part of that community for 11+ years. He got fired because he lost 3 straight after national title aspirations and a proven track record of an inability to win the big game. It would’ve been a classy thing to say goodbye to his supporters.
English

@BrownBagger12 @AlbertBreer Did Franklin leave on his own for a better opportunity at say Georgia, Bama, ND, Michigan, OSU, Oregon?
English

I hate to say it ... but Penn State hit a grand slam.
Cyclone Fanatic@cyclonefanatic
Matt Campbell buys an entire page in the Des Moines Register to say thank you and goodbye to Iowa State.
English

@BrownBagger12 @AlbertBreer Franklin served Crumbl cookies at his introductory press conference at Virginia Tech. You think he has class? No he lacks self-awareness and is as arrogant a coach out there
English

@StevieVanZandt God gets the glory win or lose, but you wouldn’t know anything about that bc you don’t believe. Americans have the right to religion and speech, both of which he exercises here. You just don’t like what he says, so you call it “arrogance”. Sounds like pot calling kettle black
English

His moment, his statement, his typical arrogance. If God has something to do with you winning, then He must have something to do with the other guy losing, right? If I was religious, I would consider these mindless statements blasphemous. When did football become a Theocracy?
hjl@pi31415
@StevieVanZandt Understand, but wholeheartedly disagree. His moment, his statement.

The majority of transgender employees, 82%, reported experiencing workplace discrimination or harassment because of their gender identity or sexual orientation at some point in their lives, according to a survey. nbcnews.com/nbc-out/out-ne…
English

@ThomasSowell Dems running him out there now bc they think he resonates due to his service (hence the jacket and hat). Funny thing is, he’ll lose the primary to someone way less qualified. Oh, also, the “he’s asleep” attack angle is hilarious considering they said Joe was so competent.. lol
English

@chackenberg1 Ding ding ding! You also deserve credit Hack! You were a top-rated QB commit, could’ve went elsewhere but you came to play at PSU and became BIG10 Freshman of the Year! Without you and that senior class of leaders like Mauti, the sanctions would’ve hurt way more!
English

Brother let’s not get this twisted. He played his role, but he did not storm the beaches. He was much needed reinforcements. The trajectory defining wars were fought in 2012-2013. Full stop.
Sekrah@sekrah
What James Franklin did at Penn State, post-Sandusky, with all those sanctions, all the clouds hanging over that program that was tarnished was nothing short of amazing. He went into a dumpster fire and saves the school. That might be the greatest coaching performance of the century.
English

@LevitzMax @sekrah Yeah this is fair. I think O’Brien being a nationally recognized name coming off being Tom Brady’s OC is the reason a lot of people didn’t transfer and the reason that Hackenberg came to PSU. I think he had a heavy influence in keeping PSU nationally relevant before JF took over.
English

@sekrah Bill O’Brien was never gonna stick around. Going 8-4 and 7-5 in light of sanctions was impressive. Franklin picked right up where he left off and brought the program back to nationally relevance. Just couldn’t get over the hump.
