@RealDanZak I’ve literally never seen Izzo yell at anyone but the refs

@LangmanVince Anyone who would rather live stream themselves in their parents basement alone rather than watching the game with their friends is a loser. Sorry

@FBGreatMoments Reminds me of Golden Tate but with much better route running

@nutzilla313 @SwagzillaZeroG @MotorCityBanter That was the point of my reply nutz is Grant wanted to leave. Was devastated as a teenager who was my first true start player as a home team fan.
English

@SwagzillaZeroG @BruceLund @MotorCityBanter Yea he got injured with the Magic I don’t get why you’re so confused. My original point was that he didn’t want to play for the Pistons anymore and he clearly didn’t.
English

Grant Hill is the biggest "what if" in NBA History. Had he never been injured, he wouldve been an All-Time great.
7x All-Star
5x All-NBA

@PatLovesSports @OhioTate Serious question - when’s the last time you saw 3 second called let alone in that moment
English

@SwagzillaZeroG @nutzilla313 @MotorCityBanter Didn’t “fleece” them it was a sign and trade meaning Grant wanted to leave. But it obviously worked in our favor
English

@nutzilla313 @MotorCityBanter Detroit Fan here
You’ve got to be kidding We fleeced them I agree with the original post here but… Hill played his heart out and was never the same because of the ankle and him playing through it. That trade made Dumars look like a genius all because Grant blew out his ankle

@kobecwilliams2 People hating on this don’t understand there’s only a handful of elite edge rushers. Everyone else is pretty much rotational. Fact that this guy can play every down and make bottom tier money is how you fill out a roster
English

this for the why didn’t we just give AQM that
Al-Quadin Muhammed
110 games
193 tackles
26 sacks
58 qb hits
36 tfl
DJ Wonnum:
86 games
250 tackles
30 sacks
59 qb hits
32 tfl
Tom Pelissero@TomPelissero
Former Panthers free-agent DE DJ Wonnum is signing a one-year deal worth up to $6 million with the Detroit Lions, per his agents Kevin Conner & Robert Brown of @unisportsmgmt

@FootballGuy_Al I’ve been a BH advocate but he really does have a DE phobia. You can’t deny it anymore.
English

It's been a week since the NFL's legal tampering period began, and the Lions have yet to sign an edge rusher.
Below is a list of notable younger edge defenders still available and their current age:

@KillaKreww Haven’t seen SS clip in a few months. Dude looks like he aged 20 yrs

@CryptoMikli Sounds like the same retarded logic that got him burned in the first place.

Starbucks lawsuit winner reveals why they rejected a $30,000,000 settlement offer from Starbucks
“When the jury was out deliberating on the damages, Starbucks offered $30M. We were willing to accept it under a few conditions”
“We wanted an apology and we wanted them to change their practices to protect the public. Our client, because it ruined his life, was adamant, and it was our client’s decision to do the right thing, so we turned down the $30M offer. It’s scary because the judge could give $5M, $15M, or $100M”
“We trusted the jury and thought they would do what was right, and when they came back we got $50,000,000”
English

@Dream__chaser_ @the_goffense McNiel is more defensible than Kerby given they didn’t make chronic knee but take a physical. That said, making McNiel one of the highest paid DT seemed a bit outrageous at the time and even more so now. I’ll give him the benefit in his second year after injury.
English

@the_goffense This and the Kerby deal screwed them. Love Brad urgency but he was a year to early on those deals
English

Idk why Lions fans act surprised every offseason. The team has told us multiple times what the plan is… bills are coming due for younger players and they won’t splurge on FA’s. And I wouldn’t be shocked to see them trade down from #17 come draft time to get a few more picks.
English

@edward_m0nday @colton_pouncy Bro relax. As long as they have their core, the oline improves, and remotely stay healthy they are championship contenders.
English

@colton_pouncy It certainly feels like there is no plan at this point. Crazy how far and how fast this team has fallen.
English

At some point Lions fans need to accept reality: this team is still in a rebuild. There are too many holes on this roster and too many players needing extensions to pretend they’re close to a Super Bowl. Based on the first 48 hours of free agency, nothing the Detroit Lions have done suggests they’re even close to contending, let alone winning it all. If they fail to make the playoffs again this year, Brad Holmes deserves to be firmly on the hot seat.
English

good, now do Levi and Davenport and go get some guys who actually play.
Detroit Lions@Lions
Lions have released DL Josh Paschal.
English

The Lions do realize that Kerby has one good leg and Branch won’t be back until November, right? I’m not saying, man, they should have signed Cross, but man, they need to do *something* at safety, and that list of available guys is getting awfully thin.
Ian Rapoport@RapSheet
Free agent safety Nick Cross is going to the #Commanders, per The Insiders, as they continue to add. It's a 2-year deal worth up to $14M done by @WinSportsGroup.
