CHABINGA CLOSES PF SECRETARIAT, BLOCKS PLANNED CONVENTION As Acting President, Mr. Chabinga confirmed that he has obtained a court order to close the PF Secretariat in Lusaka with immediate effect and until further notice. He has declared that no PF convention will take place.
