West Ham value Mateus Fernandes at double the £38m+£4m they paid to Southampton, as previously reported. Manchester United and Arsenal both considering a move and hold a lower valuation. PSG also have the West Ham midfielder on their radar. Fernandes does not have a relegation release clause, but is expected to be sold. West Ham need to bring in over £100m in sales.⚒️

@GiantLeedsFan Apart from maximising prices for players out on loan, the only players in our squad we should try and move on is Piroe / Meslier / Perri. The rest for me are fine. It’s about adding to it rather than swapping them. Squad a couple of players short!

DCL, Gabi, Stach and Nmecha represent about £40 million in increased value from what we paid in 1 season.
The only new signings that owe us value are probably Okafor and Bijol but both have high ceilings.
