On 24 April 2026, the Council’s Community Safety Team will bring partners and organisations together for a Justice Walk through the city centre, marking National Stalking Awareness Month and the official Birmingham
launch of the WalkSafe personal safety app.
The walk highlights our shared commitment to tackling Violence Against Women and Girls, supporting the reduction of knife crime, and creating safer public spaces for everyone who lives in, works in, or visits our city.
📱 The WalkSafe App provides real‑time safety tools including safe space mapping, journey sharing, SOS alerts and community reporting.
