There are multiple way of using AI when it comes to code generation. I built this app in minutes 👇 The first way is to let AI generate everything which results in: ☘️ You can generate anything but, 👉🏼 You burn a lot of tokens 👉🏼 You have no control of the output 👉🏼 The code is not according to your guidelines and best practices The second way (shown in the video) is to use your own generators that use LLM's behind the scenes the fill in the blanks which result in: 👉🏼 You can't generate anything, it's limited to what your generators can do but, ☘️ You don't burn a lot of tokens ☘️ You have complete control of the output ☘️ The code is according to your guidelines and best practices. Nitrokit uses NX generators that generate features that use LLM's behind the scenes for things the generator can't do by himself. This will literally blow your mind. This is one of the biggest AI breakthroughs I personally made! 🎉🚀 My custom #nxdevtools AI generator🤯 Some might have noticed that I took a jump down the rabbit hole when it comes to AI, Prompt engineering and NLP. This generator will literally save a huge amount of work. You don't even have to remember the commands. Just talk to the generator and ask it to generate anything.🤓 Everything is generated in consistent directories. This generator can create, refactor, move elements around and calls 1 to 30 custom generators behind the scenes. It goes even further than that. As a bonus:☘️ I can ask it this: create a form with a first and last name, an age, a description that is living inside a general form group. When that description has the keyword old in there, the age has to be disabled, Write me validations on that. age can never exceed 120 and should be higher than 18. Style them with tailwind so they look fresh. It will use ngx-vest-forms behing the scenes, write a @vestjs validation suite and will do all the heavy lifting for you Interested? Ping me!

I'm wondering if ViewModels still make sense with #Angular signals. Lately I'm refactoring more towards private and protected signals for more fine-grained reactivity. Still, avoid template logic at all costs🚀

I rarely use Jest or Vitest for UI testing anymore. Here's why: Testing in a real browser using Playwright or Cypress gives me more confidence, more power, and a better DX. Testing UI components via Jest or Vitest tends to lead to duplicated effort, because I still need to integration test all features in a real browser to know it works. So, I primarily use Jest/Vitest to test logic such as pure functions. Otherwise, I favor Playwright or Cypress.
