And so the reasonable and well-adjusted went to go peruse careers that didn't actually do that much or matter, the end result is shit-idiot mutants being the primary new-blood in the entertainment industry. Add a layer of DEI hiring and boomer gatekeeping, that's all the companies would hire and everything went to shit.
It was a numbers game, you had tens of thousands of worthless, low-test and mentally ill idiots with a compunction for the arts setting their lives on fire in the hopes that they could get hired and make it big, then by raw statistical merit a few got in and made it big to open the floodgates.
Stories and franchises that were apolitical or right-leaning went away, everything had a message to attach or some girlboss nonsense here and there. Which is why we had Korra be the way it is, those hacks had something made primarily by some old-guard dude that really knew what's up and they rode those coat-tails into the ground. Though even now Aaron Ehasz's current works are this same kind of slop due to the people and industry he works in now, he's probably even gaslit himself into thinking this is okay now.
Think about what happened to Bungie for the clearest example of the old guard slowly leaving and being replaced by these guys. Old cool lore replaced with gay nonsense, Osiris and Saint-14, the gradual humbling and character assassination of Zavala, the Troon Surfer in the DLCs. This is mirrored by what happened to Halo with 343i and a myriad of hundreds of other properties and productions these people have ruined because they can't make anything for anyone who isn't them.
Our guys can't exist in these companies, can't network and recruit, can't do shit and dick because the gates are locked behind some landwhale at HR and a small-hat at the top knowing that demoralization and propaganda is worth gayracegirlboss flop after flop.

Every argument has been made, there is no new insight into how the opposing side thinks and there is no reason to construct new arrangements of words other than a masturbatory spinning of this social fidget spinner. This is pretty much a waste of time and why @bronzeagemantis talks about music and food on his podcast, and when he is being argued at just reposts what the swarm around him says in retort.
This is why @Babygravy9 has spent the last month posting videos of cute animals and saying, "The Left will never recover from this." It's all said and done and there's no point in seriously considering the opposing side other than to face them as an enemy on what little actually matters.
