What 2,500 calories looks like when you eat real food: • Steak • Eggs • Potatoes = 150–220g protein = Extremely high satiety You’d be full for hours. Now compare that to 2,500 calories of processed food… Same calories. Completely different outcome.

@CurtisKen Bro, I was born on my dad’s too. I would always joke with him about how I couldn’t wait till I had it for myself. (Morbid yes, but you had to know our relationship, we were great friends) He died 9 years ago and I really don’t like my birthday anymore. I just miss him.

I was born on my Dad's birthday. When I woke up on April 19th, I'd find him and say 'Happy Birthday Dad! His reply was always 'You too son'. Face to face, over phone, and then over text. It was our thing. I always wanted to say it first. His reply was always the same. (1/2)
