@InterConHotels Can you confirm that my issue is being addressed?
English

@Bryanstown Thank you for bringing this to our attention, David. Could you send us a DM so we can look into this further?

@InterConHotels A really bad experience in intercontinental bordeaux has now been truly compounded by a dire post purchase experience. Overcharged but cannot get anyone at intercontinental to speak or reply to me. Truly dire.

@InterConHotels I stayed there last week from Wednesday to Saturday, name is David Hayes. When checking out I was told that I had already paid, which was news to me, I thought I had just given an imprint of my card. No invoice or receipt on departure. I was overcharged by €300.

@sunglasshut I bought a pair of sunglasses from you in Dublin Airport a couple of days ago and the product is faulty. Have tried emailing you but have got no response. Can you let me know what I need to do next

@Ryanair is it possible to check in bags the night before an early morning flight?
English

@Eurostar TBH it’s very contradictory and very unclear. Can you not just tell me if I need to fill one out out or not. I currently cannot fill one out due to some glitch in the system & I’m concerned you won’t let me on board tomorrow
English

@AerLingus By the way the 1845 plane from Heathrow to Dublin looks superb
English

@Bryanstown Hi David, sorry for the delay. Are you still having issues with Verifly?
English

@AerLingus I’m flying Aer Lingus for over 30 years to London the US and Europe. I’m off to London on a business trip. My god what a painful experience. VeriFLY. Never again
English

@AerLingus Back in Ireland now, but it wouldn’t let me check in without using Verifly and Verifly wouldn’t recognise Heathrow as an airport. I’ve always been a big fan of Aer Lingus. But at the money you digital user experience is terrible.
English

@AerLingus By the way this is message i get when trying to check in. Currently making my way to Heathrow to physically check in!

English

@Bryanstown We apologise for the inconvenience caused, David and we'll be sure to pass on your feedback to the relevant team.
English

@AerLingus Doesn’t leave you with a lot of reasons to fly Aer Lingus!
English

@Bryanstown Hi David, travelling to the UK from Ireland VeriFLY is not required. The UK to Ireland is available.
English

@AerLingus Booking and checking in experience considerably worse.
English

@AerLingus Aer Lingus app would not let me check in flying from Heathrow to Dublin without using VeriFLY. Very confusing and frustrating experience. Way too many barriers to travel using Aer Lingus. Versus Ryanair - you are more expensive, have worse times
English

@AIGIreland can t get through to your call center. I’ve changed my car. You are looking for me to return my old cert. I don’t understand why. My transaction with you was digital so no docs supplied by you. I also do not have the cert for the old car. Can you help
