Genuinely so bummed that after I swapped all of my stuff to Razer after standing by their products for so long they went full ai slop mode. I wont be wasting the products I now own- I will use them until they need replaced but afterwards I will be looking elsewhere for my tech

Try un-screwing the plate and screwing it back in, they likely messed up the tightening.
