Seems as if a lot has transpired with Coach Meyer personally & professionally over the past year, much of it in the eye of the public. Many who praised him previously are now crucifying him. Wonder how these same people would feel if their transgressions were made public?

Training w/the Weds night crew at Ludus Magnus. This was my 10th set of progressive DB bench. Started at 35 pounds, and this was 90 pounds. Most reps I have ever done previously was 5. Tonight was 20. Making progress!! #GlorytoGod #WenningStrength

Mrs & I were shopping last night & a gentleman asked if I was a professional wrestler at some point in my life. I chuckled & replied with, "No, why?" He said that I look as if I have spent a lot of time in the gym. I told him thank you & when he walked away, I let out a WHOO!
