@SouthernSaoirse @Gnedfludap @nbcsnl For me my tics subsided a lot when I was around 18-20. I am in my thirties now and only have a few tics that are manageable. The worst tics for me were shoulder rolls and head turns. My neck is really messed up from all the repetitively ticking.

@Gnedfludap @nbcsnl What age did they start going away? Her Endocrinologist said that maybe after puberty but no change yet. She does have times when they aren’t as bad but then it’s like they get worse soon after. Her tics also change. She will do something for months and then a new tic starts.

@JhonMarik808 @LocalBateman Use a pistol and two gadgets, you'll have more ammo. Assault just needs smoke grenades, assault class captures points faster than any other class. People are just playing it wrong... Storm the point, set respawn beacon down..profit. Smoke grenades would help immensely

@LocalBateman Really need to give either ammo or defib to assault. Otherwise they literally do nothing.

@Tectone Stay on your current plan, add 5k more steps to your daily routine or restrict that deficit another 200 calories. I find adding the steps easier to maintain than further restricting calorie intake.

Just called the doctor and told him I’ve been on a caloric deficit for about 2 months now but my weight loss has stagnated, this was his advice: Only eat meat, 800 calories a day, stop exercising, call back in 2 months and tell me if that worked. He charged me 150$ What. The. Fuck. I mean I’ll prolly lose weight as my dead decomposing corpse rots in my backyard, so I guess he’s right.
