@vrbo I have a trip coming up in 11 days. I booked on the HomeAway app. That has now rebranded to VRBO. Now the app is not available in my country (NZ). How am I supposed to manage my trip properly? What a balls up. I would cancel if I could.

@FlyAirNZ I have just spent 30 minutes on the phone to Onesmart again and yet again they have told me that all airpoints transactions are handled by Air NZ. My wife and I have traveled twice since December and have not accrued any airpoints for our Onesmart spending.

@FlyAirNZ To be honest if your from the same team that “helped” me on WhatsApp then there is no point. They told me to contact my own bank. What would that do? The Westpac have nothing to do with the card

@FlyAirNZ I contacted Air NZ Onesmart about missing airpoints who put me though to an Air NZ representative. They told me to apply online for missing points. The only points you can claim online is for flights. Terrible customer service. 90 minutes wasted on the phone.

@onenzofficial worst customer service. Keep getting told to ring which I have done twice and all they do is get me to change my password. Told by email it is being escalated to tier 2 and that was over a week ago and have heard nothing. It will be a good day when my contract ends

@onenzofficial how many more times am I going to be told to ring you to sort out my issue? I have done. That twice already and nothing has happened and I have now heard nothing for days. It will be a good day when my contract is up.

@onenzofficial so much for a supervisor ringing back today. My fibre was not activated for my move in date and the modem I was told would work with fibre doesn’t. The worst customer service experience I have received. I can’t wait for my contract to end.

@vrbo I have messaged you the details. The booking says free cancellation until the 31/12/24 yet you do not seem to be able to make the host cancel it. I do not feel very confident that you have complete control over your own website and terms and conditions.

@vrbo why is it so hard to get my cancellation approved? The help agents tell me it is the host who has to do it and the host is telling me it is you. Almost $6000. Be aware anyone looking at using this platform.
