Here’s a simple question: is it a crime to enter the country illegally? At least, you’d think that’s an easy question. But when I asked Joe Biden’s senior policy advisor, he said he didn’t know! Make no mistake: the Biden Border Crisis was a choice. President Trump solved it.

Sanctuary states and cities undermine federal law enforcement and make our communities more dangerous for American families.

America would be a safer country without sanctuary cities. More Americans would be alive today if illegal criminals were immediately deported, rather than shielded.

It’s very simple: Republicans want to keep deporting the violent/criminal illegals that Joe Biden & the Democrats in Congress let in. Democrats want to shield them from deportation, which is why they unanimously support sanctuary cities. Republicans will get the violent criminals out. Democrats will throw the border back open. Choose accordingly.

Great to see my friend Mike Hough, Co-President of @NumbersUSA, at this morning’s Senate @BudgetGOP hearing on the cost of sanctuary city policies. There is no doubt in my mind that sanctuary city policies threaten the safety and prosperity of America. We must end sanctuary cities and states once and for all.

This shouldn’t be a hard question to answer.

What did I learn from today’s @BudgetGOP hearing? Democrats are “all-in” on sanctuary city policies.

Democrats had no problem with Obama deporting 3 million illegal immigrants. Fast forward to today: Democrats slam President Trump for removing dangerous criminals who invaded our country under Biden.

Abdul Jalloh, an illegal immigrant from Sierra Leonne, racked up over 30 arrests. In May 2025, he was arrested for a stabbing. Because of Fairfax County’s sanctuary policies, liberal officials refused to turn him over to federal agents. Jalloh was then released and went on to murder Stephanie Minter, a young mother from Virginia.

CHAIRMAN @LindseyGrahamSC: How many more Americans need to be stabbed, raped, and murdered before we recognize dangerous illegal immigrants need to be removed from this country? The ideology behind sanctuary city policies is dangerous and perpetuates these violent crimes. @BudgetGOP stands ready to end this cycle.

Sanctuary city policies are a magnet for illegal immigration. We must abolish these insane policies to end rampant fraud and crime in these blue states and cities.
