@HiveHelper Moved to a house with Hive heating and 6 months on we still can’t log in. Previous owner’s account isn’t recognised, the system’s now disconnected, and there’s no way to contact support without logging in… which we can’t do. 🙂‍↔️

@_MeJAdams Hi Joseph, I understand this is frustrating the site is still up as this is used for reset passwords, we are in the process of updating this at which point the web log in will be removed. Thank you Carole

@HiveHelper I give up. You no longer support the site but have it so folk can use it. And you’re not exactly a top not h support service given how long this has been going on I just give in

@HiveHelper how can we get support - cannot login to your website, just days “an unexpected error occurred” - and the “support pages” are next to useless - all they tell me about is how to create an account!

@HiveHelper @Victrix75 They’re not asking for a DM. They are asking the question and your answer so the rest of your potential customers who are thinking of opting in are aware. Why is everything about a bloody DM.

Ok @HiveHelper Some feedback: 1. 😍Thermostat, I like this feature! 2. 🤯What if I go to the loo/make tea a lot? Does it turn it back on when I walk back in? What if someone else is watching? 🤦‍♀️ 3. 🧐How much energy will be wasted by these turning on and off all the time?

@_MeJAdams Hi Joseph, To access your hive devices you will need to access via our app, the website is no longer supported and not updated, If you can DM us your name, address and email and a screen shot of what you see when trying to access the app we can look into this for you ^regards

@HiveHelper The issue occurs over multiple computers. With multiple browsers. One of which has never logged in before

@HiveHelper I suspect this is because humans are not employed to read anything anymore. This is a BOT answering and the algorithm will have picked up on something I wrote to trigger their standard response. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@HiveHelper I had a Hive installed a couple of months ago . It’s been working perfectly but now disconnects from the app several times a day . This happens on several IOS devices. I have been through the help but I am still getting the issue.

@HiveHelper New Hive radiator valve needs Caleffi Valves, told to contact support as not included in the box - call and it kicks me out as they do not recognise my number or email and cannot register till I mount? Webchat even more useless - what a put off from using a brand!

@_MeJAdams Sorry Joseph, we are not experiencing any issues at the moment Can you try Common Fixes for Unexpected Errors: Restart the Application/Device: Often resolves temporary glitches. Update Windows/Software: Check for updates in Settings (Windows) or the App Store (macOS).

@Col_In_Devon Hi Colin, this would happen if your heating devices have been reset and paired back with the hub. Can you send a DM with your address, postcode and email and I can check your account to see what's happened? Kind regards, Paul

@HiveHelper Woke this morning to find my heating schedule completely reset and the temperature set to 7C. Any reason why this might be?

@HiveHelper Is there an issue with the web app? I log in but then I get an error message saying there is an issue with log in!

@HiveHelper is there a problem with your registration web page and app registration? Tried numerous times over the last couple of hours and get this message every time.

@HiveHelper Oh, that's disappointing. I've not seen any notice that this is happening. The web interface (while not perfect) is easier to navigate than the app, especially when it comes to easilty changing a heating schedule. I just find it clunky and awkward. Thank you for letting me know.

@HiveHelper Hi, I'm not receiving the verification SMS when logging in on a desktop browser. It didn't work this morning (about 6.30am) and it's still not working now. (Also, can't you add a 'Stay logged in' instead of logging out after only a few minutes?)
