The greystone (left) next to the Wrigleyville greystone that was demolished in March for the new construction on the right will be demolished. A new permit to replace it was issued Friday.

Two new units permitted yesterday at 3617 North Magnolia Avenue in Wrigleyville. That spells doom for this 1910 greystone. A developer purchased it in January for $1.050 million. It's been languishing in pending demolition purgatory since December 9th.

Last meal at Ann Sather on Belmont before they close and relocate to wicker Park. The building was sold to developers. We have lived around the block for 17 yrs on Fletcher St Last week we found out our place was also sold to developers. So we will be moving by Oct 1st. 🥲🥲🥲🥲 If anyone knows/sees a good place for us, let me know. We are looking. As a friend reminded me when I told him this news, the one constant in life is change.
