Plan Commission approved 1415 N Dayton LLC's proposed 28-story residential building at 1415 N. Dayton St. on the Near North Side. The $102.8 million project includes 340 mixed-income units and 164 parking spaces.

This was permitted yesterday, using the address of 955 North Larrabee. Seven stories, 78 units.

Well hello there. 2305 South State was off my radar. I was told they wouldn't use a tower crane here. But dang, that sure looks like a permit for one at Southbridge.
