You didn't open a business to become a web developer, copywriter, and email marketer. You started it because you're good at something. Willo handles the technical layer. Try it today → willo.ai

@TommiPedruzzi the fastest feedback you'll ever get is whether someone reaches for their WALLET. everything else is just opinions.

Stop building things you're proud of and start building things people already want. Because your opinion doesn't validate a business. Customers do. The market has always been the final judge.

I quoted a client $4K for a custom automation. they said no. too expensive. i built a prototype in a weekend and showed them. they paid $7K to have it production-ready. people don't buy proposals. they buy what they can see working.

The longer I'm alive, the more I notice that 99% of people overcomplicate living well. Learn to earn money on your own, keep yourself in good physical shape, and build strong relationships. Congrats. You've won.

The future of online learning is not more courses. We already have millions. The next challenge is making those courses easier to understand, navigate, and complete. Because creating knowledge is becoming easier. Helping people use it is where the real work begins.

Brutal truth: Most people will call your dream unrealistic because they’re only measuring it against what they would be willing to do.

@jonbrosio people think they're competing with everyone. most of the time they're only competing with the handful of creators their audience actually pays attention to.

The people who say it's "too crowded" are wrong. Yes, there is more content. Yes, there are more creators. But there is also more trust to be earned and more specific audiences who haven't found their person yet. The noise is louder. Which makes the signal much more valuable.

@DomenicIandolo i'd even argue the first $10k/m isn't about the money. it's proof you can create value on your own terms. everything after that feels WAY more possible

Making $10k/m in your business is something you should be genuinely proud of Most people struggle to make $120k per year at their jobs even after working there for 5+ years All it takes is 1 good service and 1 good offer, with 1 marketing channel to get there It’s hard as fuck when you start, and the constant feelings of doubt you have to overcome repetitively As long as you stay the course and just commit you will find light at the end of the tunnel $10k/m at your own business beats $10k/m at a 9-5 without question Stay the fucking course

People on X be like: 1. Distribution > Product 2. Product > Distribution The reality: 1. Great distribution + shitty product = massive churn + missed opportunity. 2. Great product + shit distribution = $0 + damn shame.

Most businesses stall after launch because consistent marketing requires consistent time, and founders run out of both 🤷‍♂️ The growth engine runs in the background on a cadence that matches your plan — publishing content, refreshing your site, taking marketing actions — while you focus on the calls only you can make. Pause it, resume it, redirect it. It compounds either way.

We had a great conversation on David Meltzer's Office Hours about what AI changes, what it doesn't, and why founders still need systems, strategy, and execution to turn ideas into real businesses. Huge thanks to David Meltzer, Nikhil Agharkar, Matt Uhler, and everyone who joined us. Our segment starts at 30:26. Link below 👇 linkedin.com/events/officeh…

Don’t compete with the big guys. Pick a segment of their audience and hyper-focus messaging across the funnel on them. Take over that part of the audience. Then expand if needed. Like war.

Sailed with my dad as a kid. He taught me: you don't fight the wind. You adjust your sails. Forty years later I'm adjusting my life instead of a sail. Same lesson. Different water.

You don’t have to raise a bazillion dollars or hire a big team or start a restaurant to be considered an entrepreneur. You can carve out a small corner of the internet, become known for one thing, and build a career that nobody can lay you off from.

I’m begging you, never quit as a founder. It’s 0 for longer than you’ll ever expect. No momentum. Soul-crushing doubts. Nobody seems to care. Even when it looks like it’s working, it’s not. You keep trying new things. You don’t lose hope. Then it snaps to 100. You find the one thing that resonates. You wake up with more customers than you can handle. Everything is breaking. Momentum builds even when you stop pushing. You didn’t get lucky. You just didn’t leave.
