Final comments. This is still a very risky stock. Almost all of the float is locked behind founders/PIPE that WILL eventually sell and could create massive sell pressure given how illiquid the stock currently is trading. There are a shit ton of EQV warrants and $1 founders warrants that when converted will dilute the float and could make sustaining the dividend yield harder (especially if they do cashless conversions). Dilution is enemy #1 just like all SPACs. However, unlike all SPACs - FTW is a dividend stock thats story about FCF growth and shouldnt need to dilute to fund its operations. So far @WillUlrich has shown to be a solid CEO. I like that hes active on X and he's not using the visibility to pump the stock, but answer shareholders questions and concerns. I hope he understand that SPACs have a terrible reputation for good reason because they always burn their early retail investors. @WillUlrich is in a spectacular position to be the contrarian and show the market what the SPAC vehicle was originally intended to do before it was abused for private equity pump and dumps. If he can earn and keep retail trust then I see Presidio becoming an anchor in our retirement accounts for decades to come.
Edit: reposted for spelling fixes.

The 13% dividend is fantastic compared to its peers. Most commodity backed yeildcos dividends are priced around 6-9% (especially if its QUALIFIED). FTW is priced around much riskier yield plays like BDCs and mReits that are directly tied to private credit and federal interest rates. FTW dividend is backed by 85% hedged oil at $60 a barrel for 3yrs with the additional 15% being available to trade for spot premium. Presidio does not need super high gas prices to sustain their dividend, oil supply shocks like the one we are currently experiencing from the Iran conflict is really just the cherry on top. My thesis is the dividend will eventually compress to about 8-9% in line with its peers which should drag the stock price up about 50% ($15 a share).

@JC_ParetsX @ChartingGuy Warren is waiting for capitulation on 10-20yr bonds before he buys all of America's debt locked in at 6-7% yield. He will leverage those bonds to buyout good companies getting heamed in the recession at dirt cheap pricing.
