Past West Ham relegations have left me broken at times, but now it's a bit 🤷🏻‍♂️. Resigning myself to it early in the season helped, plus realising it's not a big deal. My club will play on, win/lose/draw each week & still have my support. That's football. Bring on next season #COYI

I have no feelings either way for @SUFCRootsHall tbh, but as their Wembley opponents today are Wealdstone, a team we've encountered many times at @ConcordRangers, I'm fully behind Southend today. Very rare we saw anything positive about the Stones fans or team over the years 😂😂

Had another training walk today, 14 miles & my feet are aching a tad. Making good progress though, couple more training days to go before the big 23 mile walk in 4 weeks time. Raised £700 so far, would be awesome to reach my £1000 target for @theCALMzone & @andysmanclubuk

After a while of barely posting here, it's been a while since I've acknowledged a bottle kill, so here's the latest. Final dram tonight of this beautiful Leiper's Fork Tennessee Whiskey. 50% abv, so it's not a light dram, but it's sweet & powerful. I've really loved it 👌🏼
