$NKE does not need to drop into this range to be considered undervalued as it is already -30% below its 200 MONTHLY MA
But there is:
- A bullish wedge apex
- VWAP mean
- And Fib support levels
All in this range, while being technically extremely oversold.
Risk is effectively zero at this point.

WARNING 🚨
If Nike closes this week below $55.40, the bullish count is likely invalidated.
A drop below $53.57 makes it certain.
In that case price would likely fall into the white box and target the 0.786 Fib at $38.33.
That would mean a potential 30 % sell-off from current levels.
Bulls need to hold the line here.
The white box would be a very good long-term opportunity in my view.
I remain long-term bullish.
