@thisisnotmark Appreciate you and you are right. Yes working on a survey as well as some additional means to help address the areas we can improve. Some areas that we are hearing concerns about are limited due to infrastructure but we will keep thinking outside the box.

Hey @EddieNunezAD. Do you have some kind of round table discussion or a focus group with fans to talk about game day experience? Any surveys we can take? You have been good to listening and resolving and problems, but want to see if there’s easier way to get info to you.
