I was hesitating saying something about this, but seeing that I am not the only one dealing with an incredibly awful situation, I guess I'll share my side of things. I commissioned from @Vixsial in May 2025 and asked that the colored thigh up be done at least before the end of the year. I was then told they would start around July/August 2025. I had 0 updates, so I reached out on September 3rd where I was told I was still in the queue. I'm quite forgiving so I just said 'thank you' given that our agreement was by the end of the year. I heard NOTHING from them for months, so I reached out on December 3rd wondering why I hadn't gotten a single update or why I haven't been notified of any delays... they then responded almost immediately and got me a sketch in 2 days. I was happy that I at least was getting something from them. Another month passed where I heard nothing, so I reached out AGAIN on January 5th asking for progress. They told me they were taking a break and would be back on the 10th... okay. They then linked me their other twitter since they are more active on there. Another month passed, now it's February 17th/19th and I had to ask for another update on BOTH of their accounts. They then said the twitter update was confusing and that is why they hadn't been on?????? They then said they would update the next day. Well... guess what? Nothing. I tried asking once more for an update on February 23rd and had no response.. so I ended up sharing with them how shit this whole experience was and that at this point I would prefer a refund. I spent $280 on a colored thigh up commission from MAY 2025. It's not pictured below, but they agreed to a refund on February 27th... and yeah. I'm sure you know what happened next! Nothing. I'd love to continue being nice but like... fix your shit. This is ridiculous.
