I genuinely think it’s time Peppy and Slippy became playable in smash. They’re arguably the most iconic Nintendo characters not yet playable (alongside Toad & Dixie Kong). Yeah they wouldn’t be that unique, but 2 more lower effort characters is fine. They’re arguably overdue.

@HeroesRiseUp I feel like that's the point of Sonic, though? Green Hill act 1, the first level in the entire series, has a section thst pretty clearly demonstrates that this is the kind of gameplay the game encourages.
