You guys really need a refresher on this. Our school system is failing us.
Freedom of speech essentially protects you in the public sector (even though Trump is testing that).
An employer has a different set of rules. So outside you can say you hate/love whoever you want, but you literally sign papers with your employer that limits that freedom
