Given the schedule, being bowl eligible would be great at the end of the season. If we see a step up from the offense with more consistent QB play there are some games WF could pull off. Maybe push them towards 7-8 wins. I'll have my season predictions out in August.

New York: it's hot out there, and the power grid is working overtime to keep us cool. Set your AC to 78 degrees, turn off lights/electronics you're not using, and unplug what you can. Our City is doing its part too: maintaining the 78 degrees rule in our buildings, dimming/turning off our lights during peak electricity demand, asking private partners to do the same, and powering down non-essential equipment. A stable grid means the AC stays on, and lives are saved. Let's ease demand — and get through the heat — together.

In case you were wondering, ESPN’s advanced schedule still lists the Stanley Cup Final as June 4, June 6, June 9, June 11, June 14, June 17 and June 20. I suspect that could change if the Canes win the ECF in five games. I’d think it would start on June 2 instead.

@BurenFarr I don't count restaurants & bars. I'm sure they have those in other NHL cities too. We need an official one at Lenovo... or downtown... or somewhere. (But where in CLT, because I wanted to find one when I was there last week)

The fact that the Canes aren't doing watch parties like the other NHL teams is really aggravating. Would be so fun. Seems like an opportunity to charge for parking and everything! Can't believe they're missing that opportunity!
