Not prepared to play excess baggage bingo so want to cancel flight. @British_Airways want to charge me- bearing in mind this was the information I got when booking my flight about excess baggage…. Ridiculous

Booked a flight with @British_Airways which is operated by Qatar. Tried to add a bag online.❌ Called to add a bag with BA ❌ Called @qatarairways to add a bag with Qatar. ❌ Then told I will just be charged at Singapore airport for excess baggage but nobody can tell me the cost.

@jackief292 @LETgolf @JJGolfPutting @hannah_golf I can understand the disappointment as the LET is a rapid growing global tour. The decision was made to turn pro knowing the entry criteria so it made it harder to qualify for the European pre Q. Once you turn pro your WAGR becomes obsolete and your professional ranking is used.

@Burkey28 @LETgolf @JJGolfPutting Thanks for posting the entry requirements @Burkey28. I was disappointed for @hannah_golf that she didn’t have the opportunity to go to Qschool but great for you all to see that the tour is growing stronger.

The @letgolf is not a “farce” @JJGolfPutting and it’s easy to point the finger. It’s a thriving tour for women’s golf which for the first time had a reserve list for q school this year. The entry requirements are outlined and that is how the field was filled. Thread 1/5

@JJGolfPutting @LETgolf Couldn’t agree more. The more the merrier in my opinion and the LET won’t want to be turning down the revenue q school brings in.

@Burkey28 @LETgolf Then have 2 pre qualifiers or a pre pre qualifier 🤣. Much like DP world. Hopefully they figure that more and more golfers are coming through and improve it for 2023!

@JJGolfPutting @LETgolf That was for the pre qualifier. If they could have facilitated more players they would have but like I said it was a first.

@Burkey28 @LETgolf You raise some fair points Hannah, that all make sense. Perhaps not all of the blame is with the LET. My view would be that if there are more than 156 entries, you have to hold a pre qualifier. It’s not ideal to turn players away from Q School. That’s not equal opportunity.

4/5 2. If funding was in place to help on the next step of their journey they would have entered earlier and been higher up the entry list “order of entry”.Unfortunately they needed time to raise funds to cover the cost of their entry fee, so entered 2 months after entries opened
