@alandrummond2 If you do the math the civilian's who own ammo is 2,200,000 licensees and if they own a simple 100 rounds each that is 220,000,000 rounds of civilian ammo in Canada But then consider 7,000,000 guns and it goes over a billion rounds.

In Canada 2,200,000 licensed gun owners own 12,200,000 guns ( 1,200.000 are handguns) and about 500,00 guns the liberals proclaimed PROHIBITED. Well over 1,000,000,000 , yes BILLION, rounds of ammunition. They are our parents and siblings. We work and play with them daily.

The Carney government is warning gun retailers to fall in line or face jail as it moves ahead with its firearms confiscation program next week, making clear that while participation may be “voluntary,” compliance is not. junonews.com/p/voluntary-gu…

The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that police may enter private property, such as a driveway or the approach to a home, without a warrant under the common-law concept of “implied licence,” even when the homeowner is a suspect or potential suspect in their investigation. While police still cannot enter a home or conduct a search without lawful authority, the Court expanded the scope of this licence to allow officers to approach and question individuals in circumstances that may reasonably lead to a search. This is another erosion on protections of Canadians’ property rights and privacy rights. nationalpost.com/opinion/josh-d…

An important case before the Supreme Court of Canada will decide if the government can prohibit billions of dollars in legally owned private property through cabinet order rather than legislation. The case raises important constitutional questions about both property rights and the scope of executive authority. theepochtimes.com/world/supreme-…

The medical evidence suggests that if you keep a gun in the home for self-defence, you're more likely to shoot yourself in the foot or the head (ie. accident or suicide). Sure would be nice if proposed legislation actually followed science.

Saskatchewan is standing up for responsible gun owners! The province is proposing new legislation to let licensed firearms owners apply for exemption certificates, allowing them to keep their legally acquired property—even as Ottawa pushes its confiscation agenda. Premier Scott Moe made it clear: no one will be coming to your door to take your guns. We applaud this strong stance in defence of our rights and the fair treatment of law-abiding Canadians. 🇨🇦 #NoConfiscation #StandUpForGunOwners #CSSA

When they post messages like this, it means the number of declarations is a lot lower than expected and the narrative has shifted from 'if you want money while we confiscate your property, declare it' to 'we're going to punish you severely, more than real criminals, if you defy us'.
