@Mostonianrat Can’t force people out their homes on the other side unfortunately. If they close a stand it would cost more as lost revenue for however long plus then there’s a lot of relocations to happen of people with season tickets

@BurrellAnthony Could they not look at building over the railway?Wouldn’t cost £2bn to renovate the South Stand either & only 1 stand being redeveloped wouldn’t mean closed Old Trafford.
There’s got to be alternatives to a new stadium in the table

The only reduced capacity would be in South Stand during construction.
The rest of the work around the ground would be exterior, concourses & fan entry perimeter.
Are we not already in a financial mess worse than Barca thanks to the debt?
