I bought on Trust Wallet (Arbitrum) on Sept 24th, 6:32 am UTC. My tokens were legally acquired after the hack news.
I have tried the migration portal, contacted customer service, and sent DMs, but my balance is still $0.00 and showing a -33.33% loss.
What is the final, confirmed compensation/swap ratio and step-by-step process for Trust Wallet holders who bought after the Sept 22nd snapshot? We need urgent clarity from the project team!

@Onyx Still missing funds from a swap on the onyx wallet. I would be careful using this wallet. it seems to have issues. And the onyx support isn't good if something goes wrong. They need to be better in that aspect to gain my trust back plus would like to receive my missing funds

@ThorCillian@SnorterToken@CoinMarketCap Only staking on eth currently, I have had no issue claiming and staking on eth through trust wallet. Had no issue claiming wormhole tokens on Solana using Phantom, they give the address right on site to be able to see tokens in wallet

@ImranBobat1 I complained lots of times about the same issues, but no one helped until I got recommended to their direct support at (trustwallet.deskhelps@gmail.com), and hopefully, they helped resolve it quicker than I thought. Contact them now, too
