@TheLeoTerrell nah he’s very wise for this, not only do they go way back but she’s been a solid partner throughout his career. With both coming from good upbringings she’s lucky to land an NBA bro and he’s lucky to have a woman that doesn’t cause headaches. God bless. Congrats to both

It’s weird when people say stuff like “he’s not Jewish he’s Irish” or “he’s not Jewish he’s Japanese.” In Ireland their Jews are called “leprechauns” and in Japan they’re called the “tengu.” Large nose, strange hat, trickster, obsessed with hiding gold, loopholes, perverse, greedy. Every ethnicity has its form of Jew in mythology. The Norse have Loki and the blacks have this dude named deeray

Watching the Japan World Cup team, which is an almost 99% Japanese squad play against a team like Holland, who is almost less than 40% Dutch will be a real eye opener for normies, I hope. What is the point of national sports contests if every team is just a bunch of Africans?

@RegalKimi you’re spot on, the names rolling off the tongue create a mystic type of fear going into a match now it’s like you’re playing a bloke from across town

This is where I am at. When I grew up watching Romário, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo and Kaká, Brazil played with swagger, improvisation and outrageous skill. The classic Brazilian naming style, Bebeto, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Romário and Robinho, was often based on nicknames rather than full surnames. It gave the team personality and made it feel uniquely Brazilian. These were kids who grew up on the streets, earning nicknames because they were dancers and magicians with the ball. Today’s Brazil often feels more Europeanized: tactically organized, physically strong, but less joyful and unpredictable. I want my Brazil back pls

Brazil became finished the moment they stopped producing players with proper Brazilian football names. I grew up watching Bebeto, Romário, Rivaldo, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Robinho… Now I’m seeing Gabriel Magalhães, Ibáñez, Martinelli and Santos. The names alone don’t inspire fear. This is not Brazil!!!!!

Yesterday we saw a woman be brutally mocked on social media because she attended a Knicks game while Jewish. Just a few days before, we saw a class of Jewish girls be called roaches and rats because they accidentally entered a drainage system tunnel while on a field trip. In the midst of that, Gwyneth Paltrow, a Jewish celebrity, was lambasted online for promoting homes in Herzliya. Existing as a Jewish woman isn't a crime, but the internet is intent on acting like it is, apparently.

🚨🎙️ Journalist: “Travis, who are you supporting to win the World Cup?” 🗣️ Travis Scott: “Lamine Yamal. That’s my guy. The kid is a beast, fearless, pure talent. I just love watching him play and I hope he has an incredible tournament.” 🎙️ Journalist: “But you’re wearing a Brazil jersey right now?” 🗣️ Travis Scott: laughs “Yeah, but this ain’t about Brazil or Spain. I respect Brazil, I love the culture and the football. But my support is for Lamine. Wherever he goes, I’m watching.” 🎙️ Journalist: “So you’re not supporting Spain?” 🗣️ Travis Scott: “Nah, I’m supporting Lamine Yamal. Simple as that. He’s the player I’m excited to see. I hope he lights up the World Cup and gives us something special.”

One of the most influential people behind Jalen Brunson’s rise is a proudly Jewish sports agent named Sam Rose. Most Knicks fans know Brunson. Few know the story of the family behind him. Sam Rose is the son of Leon Rose, one of the most respected Jewish figures in basketball. The Rose and Brunson families have been close for decades—long before Jalen became a superstar. Leon Rose represented Jalen’s father, Rick Brunson. The relationship was built on trust, loyalty, and friendship, not just contracts. Today, Sam Rose represents Jalen and has become one of the rising young agents in the NBA. What makes the story even more remarkable is that Sam is unapologetically proud of his Jewish identity. He has been involved with Jewish causes, spoken openly about his Judaism, and represents a new generation of successful Jewish leaders in sports. When the Knicks signed Brunson in 2022, critics said they were overpaying. Instead, he became the face of the franchise and helped bring a championship back to New York. Behind one of the greatest turnarounds in Knicks history is a decades-long friendship between two families, and a proud Jewish agent helping guide one of basketball’s biggest stars.
