Women are adult human females. We are susceptible to violence against us & our kids by adult human males. We need a few places, where we're vulnerable, for us. These facts were entirely uncontroversial until the most entitled group of men in history emerged, wearing dresses.

@TraceyLeeHolmes The science isn't contested. There are no safeguarding issues. It's not a human right for men to compete in women's sport. It is definitely a u-turn. The IOC has consistently screwed its female athletes over. This is now changing.

Sex testing is back for the Olympics; u-turn on inclusion first as a starting point. While the science is contested, the IOC says this is done with science and athlete consensus at its heart. Some who work in safeguarding and human rights disagree. #sextesting #Olympics #safeguarding #inclusion

Andrew Garfield shades J.K. Rowling while praising the artists that worked on the ‘Harry Potter’ films: “[Daniel Radcliffe] is really good in the ‘Harry Potter’ films, the films are really good. I know it’s controversial and we shouldn’t be putting money in the pocket of inhumane legislations right now, through… she who shall remain nameless, […] but there are so many beautiful artists that worked on those films.” (youtu.be/YtDD9nUvicA?si…)

@DrJohnnysFever @inthe250_ Why? Marni is lying. Women athletes & anyone with any interest in fair competition for women is delighted about a full ban on men in women's sports. Marni should mind his own business.

@WBrettWilson Ever notice that men don't care about women's sports unless it is to micromanage who can compete? Go to therapy.

So you argue that those with a penis can punch those with a vagina? For me even 1 is too many. This banning is logical. Trans can compete with trans. Notice that no trans-men seem to show up to ever compete??
Marni Panas 🇨🇦@marnipanas

The IOC’s ban on transgender women is not based on science or evidence. It’s rooted in fear and ideology. Since 2004, over 65,000 athletes have competed at the Olympics—only 1 was a transgender woman—and she didn’t even place. This is not a real problem. It’s a manufactured one.

@pppeee122 @hevelius @nytimes Dedicate your time to whatever you like. If you want to pretend not to understand that opening up women's spaces to any man who wants in isn't dangerous, that's fine by me. Keep at it.

@cartonaut @meltedpotmama @nytimes Your admitted tendancity to violence is why women require spaces away from men. And no, that scenario ain't it. You just call the cops. Obviously.

@cartonaut @meltedpotmama @nytimes Eyes & ears. Overwhelmingly. Otherwise, Passport. Cheek swab. It would obviously be preferable if men in dresses just obeyed the same rules as everyone else. But you seem to think they can't for some reason.

@pppeee122 @hevelius @nytimes In a country of 300 million people, anti-womens rights folks will always find an excuse to put the desires of men above the safety of women & girls. I don't care if men get sad feelings about women having spaces for women. Why you do is completely baffling.

@pppeee122 @hevelius @nytimes Men who pretend to be women don't have to take anything, chop anything or do anything. They just need to say the word - which is why this is so dangerous.
